"What is your return and exchange policy?"

Please refer to the Store Policy page for this information. 


"When will my order be shipped?"

Since I work a full-time job (outside of managing the website) all orders are usually shipped on Tuesdays and/or Saturdays following the day that your order is placed, unless I have time to ship during the weekday. Typically, your order can arrive anywhere from 1-2 weeks, depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout. (Please keep that in mind if you need your order to arrive by a certain date!) If you need your order to arrive sooner, feel free to send me an email and I'll see if I can accommodate to your needs! Be advised that there may be additional shipping costs charged for rush orders!


"Can I make a special request for a product that isn't currently in your store, like a button or a compact mirror, etc.?"

As long as I have the materials to make it, absolutely! Specially requested items like these are usually not reproduced on the store, so it will be a one of a kind item made just for you. Send me an email with what you had in mind and if it's possible, I'll make it happen and we can discuss your options and pricing!


"Is ALL of your stuff handmade?"

Most of it! I'll usually notate these specifics on the product page description, but I print most of my prints, stickers, and merchandise at home. I also cut and laminate my artwork either by hand or with a machine and then assemble the packaging, if any. I like to be as involved in my craft as possible and take pride in being a part of it in every way.


"Do you attend any conventions?"

At the present time I only attend local and in-state conventions. Check out my Events page to be kept updated on which events I'll be going to! I'll usually send out a Newsletter to notify which ones if I'm 110% certain that I'll be going. If you don't want to keep referring back to my Events page, subscribe to my Mailing List located at the bottom of the website to receive the latest updates on conventions, Sales, Blog Updates, and other nifty treats. ;) 


"Do you ship internationally?" 

Yes! I accept international orders.
